
The UR-QRP Club appeared in Ukraine on the first of August 1998.

We issue (in Russian and Ukrainian) the
Club Bulletin "CQ QRP" and Information Leaflet
"Colibri" ("HummingBird") for the members of the UR-QRP Club. At present
we have our Awards programme. The UR-QRP Club organized a competition
for the best construction of the QRP Transceiver.
RK3ZK is preparing a book on QRP schemes for publishing. Every Summer
and Winter the Club is holding the UR-QRP Activity Days. In May,
4-11, 2001 the UR-QRP
Club is planning to organize a QRP-pedition to the Crimean mountains.
The Club has its page in the Internet.
Each member of the UR-QRP Club is given a Certificate and
a Number. The radioamateurs (including SWL) from the whole
World are always welcome to our Club. An entrance fee
is $4, and then the membership fee is $3 a year.

THE QUESTIONNAIRE OF CLUB CAN BE RECEIVED HERE
Award "QRP- WORLD": To get
this award it's necessary to gain 100 points for QSO with the
QRP radioamateur stations of the World. 1 QSO- 5 points,
1 QSO with a member of the UR-QRP Club- 15 points. For
QSO on 160m band the points are doubled.
Award "WORKED UR-QRP CLUB":
To get this award it's necessary to have contacts with
the 5 members of the UR-QRP Club.

Both awards have Class A, B, C. For the Class A award QRP must
have been used by both correspondents. For the Class B award the
applicant may use any power, and his correspondent- only QRP.
For the Class C award is given to SWL for receiving QRP stations
in accordance with the conditions of the awards.
This must be indicated in the application. The contacts (SWLs)
which were made by all kinds of modulation and on all bands, are
taken into account. Contacts for awards are valid which have
been made after 01 August 1998.

1. (Summer) It is held on the first Sunday in August from 00.00 till
24.00 UKR time (Summer UKR time = GMT+3 hours).
2. (Winter) It is held on the third weekend in December
from 10.00 on Saturday till 10.00 on Sunday (GMT).
You can work QRP: with no more than 5W output CW
and 10W SSB. It is recommended to work on QRP bands.
General Call: "CQ URQRP".
1. QSO with the member of the UR-QRP Club- gives 5 points;
2. QSO QRP/QRP (not members of the Club)- 3 points;
3. QSO QRP/QRO or QRO/QRP- 1 point;
4. QSO with the correspondent from another country- plus 1 point.
5. Points double: for a QSO on
band 160m.; for a QSO with other continents.
6. Repeated QSO are allowed on different bands.
Minimum information for the QSO: RS(T), the name
of the operator, his power output, members of the UR-QRP
Club also give their Club number.
In the account should be indicated: the number, date and time
of the QSO, the Call of the correspondents (if it is the member of
the UR-QRP Club, it is necessary to give his Club number),
RS(T), the correspondents' power output. It's also necessary
to indicate (quantity/points): the QSO with the members of the UR-QRP Club,
other QSO with QRP and QRO correspondents, the quantity of the countries,
continents and the general quantity of QSO and points. The
Applicant of the Activity Day must indicate the power output of his Rig.

The winners will be presented with special Awards. The UR-QRP
Club members who twice become the winners the two Club Activity
Days and fulfil the Awards programme of the UR-QRP Club
will get the title "The Club QRP Master".
They will be awarded a special Diploma.
